Default '96 48V, new OBC SLOW CAR

Hi,

After las post:
http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...er-system.html

With such a great help here in the forum, I have replaced the OBC, indeed was bad.

I have installed all the wiring and the OBC in place, and it was an easy job, 35 mins later, it was in place. All wires double checked and correct connection.

However, the cart is moving extremely slow, and uphill, its almost not moving. I would say, not more than 5mph. NOTE: when I press the pedal, it jumps out of nowhere to 5mph, but it stays at that speed.

What can be causing this problem?

OE

exact same match, same part number. no extra wires nor diff colors. I charged for 6 hrs, but not fully... too anxious to test the cart. NOTE: tested before the charge of 6hrs, and tested after, and speed was about the same.

the only thig i can offer now is 6 hours isn,t very long i would give a full complete charge or 2 because no telling and i don,t know how long it sat so make sure brakes arn,t hanging up and lastly go over all the work to make certain........its not hard at all to mis wire something so cart will work but not work right.......i,ll think about it see if i can of anything else that would cause it..............while your at it for the heck of it try an OBC reset........................
