motor problem
Howdy! I'm a newbie. I just purchased a 99 36v club car DS. It ran great but it had some pretty bad connection prblems due to corrosion on all cable contacts. I started on the motor posts and snapped off ht bottom two posts. I think that are A2 and S2. I undid the back up nuts and placed the terminal between the back up nut and insulator. I broke the solinoid past as well. I replaced the solinoid and now a get a solinoid click but the cart doesn't move. I checked voltage everywhere to the motor and I am getting 36volts. I tried the EMPINC motor test and still nothing. Is it possible I broke the contact on the inside of the motor? And if I replace the brushes would I be ok? Or should I try something else?

Re: motor problem
I was thinking about plum quick. I was liking the switching system on the EMPINC as well. Anyone tried either and had good experience?
