CC didn't make a PDS, ezgo did?
Can you post a pic of the meter in Question. I think we are confused on your test methods.

Is it better to have series 36v or I can buy 1999 48v cc pds for about
1550.oo with good trojen batteries.
6.31V is 90% SoC while 6.37V is 100% charged, that is why I said get one with 2 digits to the right of the decimal point (1/100 Volt increments).

The batteries should all be withing 0.10 volts of each other.
What is the Pack voltage?
What is the pack voltage after the cart has been driven a mile or to and rested for about 15 minutes?

Either cart would probably be fine, but the 12-14 MPH speed of the series cart might be safer for the grandkids.

Also, from what I've been able to determine, EZGO series carts are less complex electrically and easier to troubleshoot and fix if you are a DIY'er.

I would also like to see this wet probe meter. Sounds like something they use in a brewery.

Actually I think a regular meter will do this too. I have not tried it. You do it first... dip your leads in acid

Never being one to pass up a good dare, I braved the cold garage. Using my Fluke 77, I placed the - probe on the negative terminal and placed my + probe in the three cells, being careful to not touch the plates. I got .5, 2.7, and 4.85 volts. Then I cleaned my probe.

I attache a set of alligator clips on the leads of my meter and then cut two metal coat hangers about 12inches long and clip the alligator clips on the metal hangers and dip that in the battery, but the readings are not always the same, not sure why
