i have new batterys and new 2G cables between batterys
it has bigger tires and 4 inch lift kit
everything else is stock

it goes around 13 to 15 MPH
what is my next step to get her up to that 20 or so MPH

Increase the battery back voltage from 36V (Six 6V batteries in series) to 48V, which is usually Six 8V batteries in series or Eight 6V batteries in series.

The motor will work at 48V, but the controller and solenoid will have to be upgraded.

To get a series wound motor to spin faster, you have to increase the voltage applied to it.

You may be losing some of the voltage that can be applied to your motor by the 36V battery pack due to the 6Ga cables that still exist.
In a series drive system, the total current (amps) travels through all the high current cables, solenoid, controller and battery pack to feed the motor, so all of the components have to be equal in capacity or the whole system is less capable of delivering all the available power to the motor.

There are a total of 13 (or 14) high current cables in you cart and you've upgraded 5 of them. The cables to the solenoid, controller, F/R switch and Motor need to be upgraded also.

There are two way to get a series cart to go faster. Change the final drive ratio and/or increase the battery pack voltage.

The final drive ratio can be changed by changing the tire height or changing the gear ratio in the differential.
In either case, changing the final drive ratio for more speed with reduce the torque by the same amount as the speed gain.
The reduction in torque can be offset by allowing the motor to draw more amps by installing a controller the will pass more amps.
This also requires the solenoid and F/R switch to be upgraded to handle more amps.

How to increase battery pack voltage was already mentioned.

A series wound motor will spin in the 2800-3000 RPM range at 36V, so I suspect your tires are 20" tall if you are getting 13-15 MPH.

Another option would be to get a high speed motor. Knowing the current motor RPM and the proposed motor RPM will give you an approximate ratio of the speed increase.
