Ok where the brake adjustment is the axles are different.

Cr - click go advanced when posting and there u will have option to attach pictures.
Look at the back plate of new brake assembly if the bolt pattern is the same as new u can swap. You will need to remove the axle from rear end to remove the back plate

No! snap ring pliers that are at a 90° at the nose so you can close them when reaching b/w the wheel mount and brake backing plate. Once the snap ring is out u pull the axle and your done.

Also, dont take the shoes and all off. Leave it attached. just remove wheel, hub/drum, axle, back plate with all the fixins then attach to new.
