To golf carts in 2 days
it is a 2004 g22 E I believe.
it all started when I decided to give my brother one of my old carts for his birthday. the plan was to give him a stock ezgo from all the parts I have lying around. I was going to take lift and tires off. When he heard that he wasn't going to get big tires he decided he wanted them and promptly called ScottyB. then the very next day he found this nice Yamaha. and just like that he has two golf carts Right now it is a stock controller With 48 volts. It goes about 17 miles an hour. Has anyone converted one of these two series. He wants to be able to pull a trailer around in the yard every now and then. I was thinking series might be a better option. it is currently on 23 inch tires with a 6 inch lift. here are a couple of pics for y'all |

Re: To golf carts in 2 days
Have him check the serial# (between rubber front cowel trim and storage area to the left of the steering colum). Could be a GE controller (good) or a Moric (not so good). If it is a GE controller, I'd leave it stock and use it with no upgrades for now and see if it works for him..

yeah I'll have him look into the serial number. I don't think he's going to want to leave it stock tho. he wasn't happy when I had and beat off the line and on the top
