Club Car DS

I have a club car DS I think 2003 or thereabouts that I am working on. the Charger keeps tripping. I connected another charger to it and the same thing happens. The battery pack is showing 45.6 volts. Is this below the voltage threshold for the charger to recognize it.

Sounds like a battery is wired backward
