Default Traction and differential ground clearance

Hello folk's, I have a new to me 2006 Precedent with new batteries.

I am hoping to get as much advise as I can to modify the cart for use on rough leafy/vegetation and rock type terrain up a fairly steep hill.
It will only ever be used to carry groceries from a dock to a cottage and nothing else.

I have determined that a posi track diff and traction tires are in order for traction and safety.

I am posting to ask what options might be available to increase the diff ground clearance without raising the center of gravity (much) with a lift kit.?

The lift kits I have researched seem to be designed to accommodate larger tires and in turn raise the body of the cart. I understand the tires do give some addnl ground clearance, but the down side to larger tires is it will make the cart run faster and I would really like to keep it slow.
The lift kit itself does not seem to provide more ground clearance for the diff, which is my objective.

I know I may need to increase the tire size to get a tread that is desiged for traction, but as little as possible is desired.

Are there any mod's available that would give me more diff ground clearance without raising the body of the cart (much)?

Does anyone make a traction tire that is close to the stock tire size?

Lastly, what is the max size tire I can use without having to lift the body?

Much appreciate any advise.

The stock cart has the rear spring under the axle. A 3 inch lift will put the axle above the spring. That is the lift for the rear. You can get AG tires to fit the stock wheels and almost anything in between. This may be all you need or want.

Long story short-
To raise the diff. you have to raise the axle.
To raise the axle you need a taller tire.
Max. height of tire without a lift-20".
Max. raise of diff. without lift- 1" (20" tire less 18" stock tire= 2"x 1/2= 1" gain at diff.)
Disclaimer- actual tire dimensions vary widely

Tag50, you are correct, somehow I was thinking about lifting the cart body.

As with a lot of things, there's always a trade-off.
