Re: Newb needs help again!!
It worked fine before removing the body last night, then today, nothing. It's very frustrating but I appreciate your help!

Re: Newb needs help again!!
while you wait, do the wire & cable test give all of them a wiggle and a tug
then trace them , make sure none are pinched on frame |

What wires did You have to disconnect (it will help narrow down the possibilities)?

Re: Newb needs help again!!
The f/r switch and the charging port. I unhooked the three wire harnesses on the back of the charging port and the yellow fuse

Re: Newb needs help again!!
Just checked the battery voltage again after being on the charger overnight and there is 48.7 Volts from the series.

Re: Newb needs help again!!
That is pretty low...
Set You meter to 20vDC and measure each individual battery. If the lowest one is the one where the pack positive cable is connected to, make sure the charger receptacle positive wire is also connected to that same battery post. |

Re: Newb needs help again!!
Three batteries are 12.6, one is 10.6. The one with 10.6 has the negative going to the controller. The positive from the charging port is connected to the battery that has the positive going to the controller, it has 12.6 V. Are you saying to put the battery with 10.6 V in place of the one that has the positive lead going to the controller?

Re: Newb needs help again!!
No, Sergio wants to make sure that you are charging all the batteries. He was pointing out that the positive end of the bank might not be getting charged. It sounds like he might be on to it but the problem may be that you aren't charging the last battery on the other end.
