I think i need a transformer. First, I jumped the relay to force it on. I measured 34 volts dc at the plug. The power transformer gets hot with nothing connected. I then checked each SCR and the had 50 ohms from Gate to Cathode, and read like a regular diode frim anode to cathode. Bothe read the same. On the Gate, I measured also only 34 volts. I unhooked the power transformer from any load. 110v in on the primary and nothing on the secondary was connected. I got 40 volts from the secondary center to each end and 80 on the secondary end to end. . After about 15 minutes with no load, nothing connected, the transformer was getting hot. I think the transformer is bad, but not sure if hot is normal and the trigger volts from the scr circuit board is just to low. There is not adjustments to change the output. Anyone agree or know what the resistance of the primary should read? Expensive guess on my part. Thank you all for your help. I am in a old folks retirement place and new here. They know I can fix TV's LOL so they keep me busy. I am learning carts fast. Greg
