Default 99 CC DS brake pedal issue

This week i noticed while slowing to a stop it felt like the brake pedal would pulsate. When it did it was like i was fully pressing the brake pedal to lock the brakes up. It just happened out of the blue one morning after a fill up on the charger. The problem hasnt stopped, and once during an evening drive when pressing the brake pedal, it pulsated and while my foot pressing the brake pedal the headlights would turn off, once released the lights would come back on. Any thoughts ??

2 different problems
pulsate could be a loose or broken brake pad
headlights going off ... wire loose or rubbing

do you have a regen cart ?

under dash passenger side

we see wrong year on carts all the time

but if you have the lever f/r switch then it is not a regen cart and there is no way brakes are causing the head lights to go off
so....
go back to what i said in post #2
pull brake drums and see what you find
check wiring on headlight circuit
