Re: Jakes Z Lift or Double A arm?
If you're sure about not wanting more than 20", you can get that with a 1" lift block in the front. Check with Dave at Revolution Cars (site sponsor). Nobody knows more about CC carts than Dave. Also he carries what you need for either way you decide to go.

Re: Jakes Z Lift or Double A arm?
If it were me I would hack that frame and buy a customer built 6" Z lift from my dealer and be high rollin.

Re: Jakes Z Lift or Double A arm?
I've seen too many stress cracks from Z-lifts. There enough cracks and broken welds without building in a high stress point.

mrgolf, I see that you are showing 205/65-10 tires, what brand and style are they? I have heavy rear springs ordered and in route, should be here this week. Can you tell me how much longer the wheel base is with the lift?

6" All Sports SS double a-arm lift on mine and love it. Steering and handling over stock are great IMO and adjustability is a plus.

Re: Jakes Z lift or Double a arm?
I have jakes double a arm lift and very happy with it. About 3 times smoother than the piece of **** buggies unlimited lift that I had on it before until it broke. I would defiantly choose this lift over cutting the frame and running a z lift or even the spindle lifts.

Re: Jakes Z lift or Double a arm?
mrgolf, If I am reading your message right, you do not have a lift kit on your DS. Just heavy duty springs on the rear and a 1/2" spacer on the front. You are having any problem with the 205/65-10 tires rubbing? Are the tires all terrain or street tread. The tires I am looking at are street tread DOT rated.
