Default Lestronic II 36 volt charger help?

The charger turns on and hums but amp meter stays at zero. Cart doesn't seem to be charging.

What should I check

Ok, the fuse does not have a burnt "leg" witch would lead me to a fuse/diode problem. Do a search "checking a capacitor", sorry I can't seem to attatch the search I did.

Got it going charger was good. BAttery issue.
