As I mentioned on post #3, these "assembled from parts" lithium packs are all unique.

There is no consistency in parts, workmanship, quality control or test procedures.

You need to find from the vendor the proper wiring and charging procedure.

If you take a lithium battery below its minimum voltage value just a single time, the battery is ruined.

According to their site, the minimum voltage for your pack is 40v.

You really should understand how your stuff works, if the BMS was disabled, you may have a problem.

I found the button to turn it on but I don't know the password to connect to it.

Jerald, you get anywhere with this? Just curious what you found... I'm still wanting to upgrade to lipo but haven't decided yet.

Yes I emailed ev battery center and they promptly sent me a charger with low voltage protection turned off. There was no damage done to my battery.

Not sure if you got the BMS wi-fi figured out but my pack from EV had the password on the label on top of the BMS. Turn it on with the button you mentioned earlier, light on side of BMS will flash blue On your phone you should see a network, mine shows SDT-BMS. Connect to that with the password found on the BMS housing, light should flash green. Once connected open web browser on your phone, I used IP address 192.168.1.1 to access the BMS data.
