Let's do the speed sensor test another way since we're unsure of the buzzer situation. Get the vehicle up to speed, as fast as it will go and immediately flip the FNR switch to neutral. Does the cart slow itself down immediately or does it coast to a stop?

No, but if it's hooked up backwards you can fry the solenoid control driver in the controller, which you say is already bad. Let me know the results of the 2nd speed sensor test.

If You wired the blue/white stripe wire from the solenoid directly to negative, the solenoid will come ON as soon as the key switch is ON.
That will cause a "main welded" fault every time You press the gas pedal and the controller will run at 50% power (limp mode). You cannot by-pass the solenoid activation on an IQ cart. |
