I pulled it out again and everything looks fine. I also checked the breather hose between the valve cover(?) and carb inlet and it is clear. Is that the one you were referencing?

It is improved but still have not stopped the leak. RTV in addition to the O ring helped. I am not completely sure the new O ring is the correct size. It look correct, but I never could find the specific size in any Club Car parts diagram. I sourced the O ring locally by comparison.

Might have to bite the bullet and pick up one from a CC dealer to get the correct size.

Yup, I will be in Myrtle Beach next week for the Rod Run and plan to pick one up at the CC dealer. I also changed the oil and filter today. I thought there could be a remote possibility the Oil filter may have been causing back pressure. It is only been on the cart for 6 months, but I am trying everything.

Well the new O ring from the dealer did not fix the leak. It must be the gasket on the side cover. The dealer said the gasket is a common problem. Has anyone replaced one and can give advise on best way to do it. It looks like the engine will have to come out to replace the gasket.

Refer to post #6. Try a search for cc oil leaks, there are a couple of posts on it. Mitch
