auxiliary battery location
I am about to buy a 2008 Yamaha Drive electric cart and I want to install a Bluetooth soundbar once I get it. My question is, is there space under the seat to add an auxiliary 12v battery to run the soundbar? I don't have the cart yet and cannot find pictures of the battery bay anywhere. Thanks in advance.

Re: auxiliary battery location
First question, does it have 4: 12volt batteries or 6: 8 volt batteries?

Re: auxiliary battery location
I attached pictures of what the 4 12v battery and 6 8v battery set up looks like in the Yamaha Drives. If you have the 4x12 just add a spare battery in the space in the middle (or get a 48v --> 12v converter and run it off the whole set so you dont have to use two chargers). If you have the 6x8 get a 48v-->12v converter and again run it off the whole set.
Hope this helps! |
