Default Battery trouble

Hi y'all, newbie here. Friend of mine said y'all were awesome. I have a EZGO electric cart. Not sure the year. Battery charger shows a full charge, unplug the charger and they are dead within seconds. I'm assuming the batteries are shot. Our local rural king is selling 6V 115min/75 amp excide batteries for $69. This is roughly $200 cheaper than Trojan batteries. Has anyone had any experience with the Excide battery? The cart doesn't get a lot of "hard" use, mostly just around the yard.
Thanks

How old are your batteries and what kind? That would be the first thing to check.

They are probably 4 years old. 95% sure they are due to be replaced.

Buddy of mine has Rural King batteries in his cart, uses it for cruising around the marina all summer with no issues. Pretty sure they are about 3 years old.

Thanks
I don't see a golf cart battery with those specs in the Exide spec sheets. (Attached)
What is the model number?

I bought my Exide GC-145 batteries from Rural King in Nov-2012, so they are a bit over 5 years old and still going strong.

FWIW: With very little exception, an DPI Accusense charger has been charging or float charging them whenever the cart wasn't out and about.

That is the RK battery that's listed above. I can get a 6 pack of T605's for another $60. Opinions?

4 year old batteries aren’t that old unless they haven’t been maintained. Have you checked the water level and cleaned any corrosion?

Also, what are T605s???
