Default Charger won’t turn on/charge ‘90 Marathon

Hi folks! Long time lurker, new member here.

I use a Schumacker INC-3625A charger on my 1990 Marathon 36V series cart. I recently encountered problems with my charger not turning on to charge the batteries. At that point I checked the batteries and they were dead...had them for many years but it was time for new ones anyway. After installation of 6 new 6V batteries, the cart runs great.

So after a quick test run, I plug the charger in...nothing. No indicator light, no kicking ON and humming internally. I did my homework on the subject (tried to anyway), checked several things before posting here. Here’s what I know:

Pack voltage is 37.4 V
Cart is wired up properly
Voltage was appropriate from the wall outlet
Continuity tested good for the following items on the charger:
Charger power cord
Charger cable plug
Lighted ON switch (which is dimmer than usual, by the way)
Relay
40 amp fuse
Transformer

The only unknown that I’m not sure how to test for on this charger is the heat sink power board which from what I have read may be the culprit. If anyone is familiar with this type of charger or can think of anything I have overlooked, your guidance would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

You have pack voltage on the charge port on the cart?
