Looking to buy 2012 Precedents

I have a opportunity to purchase as many as 10, 2012 Club Car Precedents and, or, 2014 EZGOs for about the same price, fresh of the golf course. All have 2016 batteries. My question is....what problems do the 2012 Precedents have that is should be aware of? I do some work on golf carts so I'm familiar with what needs to be checked before purchasing. I'm more concerned with factory faults that I may run into. Such as, do these have the OBC charging system that seems to fail? MCOR problems, etc... Are they good all around carts? I have 2-2015 CC Precedents with the ERIC charger but I'm thinking these are a different systems and I won't be able to see them in person till next week. Thanks for any input !!!

The '12's will be OBC, but they are still very good and are still fairly new.

MCOR's can run like several of mine and never had to be replaced, I have only had a couple on others carts but they had aftermarket kits installed on some of them.

All around a great machine, all aluminum frame, all bolted so it is easily repairable or modifiable. I2/Excel system most likely which is still very dependable and upgradeable.
