Re: RXV upgrade-Looking for Bob Boyce
Gotcha, I'm near the Michelin plan off exit 51 off I-20. Are you from around Lexington, SC? And how can I get in touch with Bob Boyce or someone who can do it?

Re: RXV upgrade-Looking for Bob Boyce
51 is just past Gilbert. I am off of exit 20 in Aiken about 20 miles south west from there. Have relatives that live in Lexington and some that used to live in Gilbert. You have a 2016 correct?

Re: RXV upgrade-Looking for Bob Boyce
Yes a 2016 rxv 48v and the dealer unlocked freedom mode. It runs about 22-24 mph. I'm thinking about getting 2 gauge wire and heard a different solenoid would help along with unlocking some "developer mode"

Re: RXV upgrade-Looking for Bob Boyce
I'm in Florida currently. Heading south to Miami today, with stops near the cape and Stuart. I begin going north again tomorrow after loading up with batteries and some solar panels.

Re: RXV upgrade-Looking for Bob Boyce
Bob don’t load that Yota down too much !! The tires might pop !!
Hav, 2 ga wires and bigger solenoid will help but make sure to look at what voltage solenoid you currently have. Ezgo used both 36 and 48 volt units in the rxvs. If you are already 22-24 mph they may have done more than just freedom mode unless you have larger tires and that changes things. |

Re: RXV upgrade-Looking for Bob Boyce
Ok Bob, just PM and I will give you my number. What would you charge to do it? I can get the 2 gauge wire and all just let me know about what solenoid to get. The dealer unlocked freedom mode to make it run 19.5 mph but I have larger trims and tires so it goes 22-24ish mph. My tires are 205/30R14 and my cart is a 2016 rxv 48v, it has 4-12v batteries.
