Alltrax controller pro problems
Hello all,
I've got a 2006 Precedent that I just installed 400a solenoid and Alltrax 500a programmable controller. I've got the cable plugged into controller and ran to laptop. When I start up the Alltrax program/app it give an error message saying "Cannot locate motor controller " Alltrax controllerPro Also key is on and green light is on controller to indicate it is powered on. Runs perfectly fine. It was preprogrammed. I'm just curious of the parameters I guess tech support is closed already. I'm in central Florida |

Controller pro is for the old DCX controllers. THe New XCT control uses the Toolkit software here > https://alltraxinc.com/alltrax-tool-kit/
Be careful what you change... DO NOT return to default - the cart will not run if the default was ezgo. |
