Underbody LED Kit
Morning everyone. New here and somewhat new to golf carts in general. Got this cart about a year and a half ago. All I have done is a rear seat kit, lift kit, wheels and tires. At some point I壇 like to add the led head/light kit as well.
My question is that the kids (kind of me as well lol) want to add an underbody led kit. I知 so lost on how to wire these up on there. The cart is a 2000 48V Club Car DS. Have not looked at any light kits in particular so I am open to suggestions. I have searched the web quite a bit and have not seen anything detailed. Maybe I am putting too much thought into, I don稚 know. Hope this is enough information for you all to go on. |

to BGW
Nice looking cart. I believe most of those LED kits use 12v for the power source. It appears that your cart has factory installed lights, therefore it probably just has a 16-12v reducer pulling off two of the batteries. You could splice the LEDs into that reducer, or better yet, purchase a 48-12v reducer, pulling off the entire pack. |

Re: Underbody LED Kit
I agree. When I was into RC cars you get what you pay for when it comes to LEDs.
