I want to test the motor to make sure it is ok might have to sell it for PQ motor. Can you show me a picture or somthing how to check the motor?

This has been posted many times, but here it goes again for Sepex motors:
Keep motor attached to the differential.

Disconnect all cables from motor.

Connect A1 to F1

Connect A2 to F2

Apply 12v to A1 and A2 (Polarity does not matter)
mrgolf is correct, all regen models until the 2000-2001 model had 2 solenoids.

This one only has one. Could have been modified by someone else ? Also there is a tag on the controller that reads a 2005??????

Most likely has been updated, those old systems were not very well designed or reliable.

I think FSIP had some old conversion for a similar outdated Controller, but the best option would be an IQ conversion.

So I tested motor sounds good can I hook it up like that with say 3 of the 6 batteries and temporarily drive it out back????
