Since the FNR has power but the Key switch does not, the issue must be on that sonic-weld where they both connect, the orange->black/white wire to the FNR and the Green wire to the key switch:

sorry been away, have power everywhere now but looking now for why no earth being sent to solenoid, will keep checking wiring harness, thank you all for your input it is appreciated

thanks everyone, cart running good now, found a corroded diode in the grey wire in the harness under the controller and a broken wire between the tow/run and the ignition, thanks to everyone for all your help, much appreciated
