Default Cart won’t run

I’ve never worked on a yamaha and I need help! Friend replaced batteries because it was loading power while running and would stop as well. He replaced the batteries and it hasn’t run since. Batteries are fully charged. When we put the switch into run there’s a click and then another click, when you push the pedal there’s a click and then another click. It still won’t run. Is this a controller issue? Or solenoid? Please help!

Model is YDRex6

How can I get a service manual??? I’m struggling here!! LoL

I'd test the motor first. Test for Sepex motors can be found by using the search button above & right.

I will test the motor when I go back over to he house.

Is it normal for the solenoid to be clicking so much? On club cars it basically only clicks when you push the acceleration pedal. If you push the cart forward manually it will click. Is this normal?

Another side note to add is that once he replaced the batteries it still ran but it was losing power while driving just like before. His grandson was cleaning the cart and sprayed underneath to get dirt out and it never worked again.
