I will run through the test. Is it possible there might be an issue in the ITS box? Should I also go there and check?

The solenoid is clicking, so the pedal switch is okay and the throttle is going to 100% on the monitor screen, so the ITS sensor is okay.

Broken brush. This a plum Quick motor that is 6 years old and this is not the first time to work on it. If I would want to upgrade to a torque,48V motor what would you recommend? I used this cart for nothing but hunting.

If speed isn't an issue, go with a high torque motor.

Best to contact Scottyb or someone else that sells motors.

If you want a motor designed specifically for your cart and application, contact EMP. https://empinc.biz/motors
