What I meant is the series drive TXT powers the key switch only when in gear.

Update: Just tested the ITS per the manuals instructions and I get .5v right when the solenoid clicks and 1.5v when the pedal is fully depressed. Looks like ITS is all good, with those good readings does it mean controller is getting power? Still not getting voltage between B+ and M- when tested with key on, selector F, solenoid click and fully depressed. Final diagnosis = bad controller?

One last thing to check.
Is the controller getting power on the red wire in the main plug when you try to go? If yes, It looks like the controller is bad. |

Yep, full pack voltage on the red wire (pin 4) when pedal is all the way down.

The most popular replacement is the Alltrax SR48500 controller.
