Thanks! I sprayed the carb cleaner with wheels off ground and the engine ran smooth. Ordering a new carb asap. Thanks for the help

I haven't gotten the new carb yet. I did get it to run without having to choke it. I took it off and was looking at it and I saw a hole on the side that had threads but no screw and I sprayed cleaner in it and open just behind the throttle flap I think, I found a regular screw that would fit the hole and now it seems to run great. I am still getting a new carb though, but I can ride the kids around in the mean time.
