I had the same problem with one of my carts, even got the puller stuck in there, finally got it out sprayed PB blaster in the hole and on the back side, walked away from it for a couple of days out of pure frustration, came back smacked the heck out of it with a metal hammer since I was replacing it, fell right off. Just FYI

Well Yee Haw...I finally got the blasted thing off.!!! But I almost pulled the threads out of the end of the pulley. Now to get ahold of CartPartsPlus and see about getting this thing to him and have it machined and what ever else it needs. I guess he`ll tell me what I need to do when I call him. BUT I feel SOOOO much better now!!!

I haven't been around this long enough to hear all the terms. I had assumed it was the "centrifigal drive clutch pulley belt grabber thing", but I wasn't sure.
The assume word was involved, that explains it....
I'm glad it came off. That can be very frustrating, to say the least.
This is a good one...I had a mower and the blade bolt was stuck. We impacted, breaker barred, lubed, everything we tried was useless. Finally we damaged the bolt so bad we couldn't get anything to hold it. I was going to have to cut off the head and remove it using the stub or drill it out. I ground the bolt off and the blade hit the floor. I reached up and turned the bolt by hand and removed it. As soon as the pressure was relieved the bolt was loose. I about busted a nut using a breaker bar Another fun experience.

I think all men live in their own little world. That's the world of hearing nothing when the little women speaks. Being able to carry a conversation and not know what the conversation was about. We have important thing on our minds and can't be disturbed with trivial crap. You know, we concentrate and are in deep thought, we don't have time for interuptions.
Like now, I'm concentrating on sleep and finishing this. Two days of real work in a row. This is almost like a real job. NOT! Have a good nite all! From Tony's little world!
