Default Club Car Clutch Puller vs Yamaha

Does anyone know if the Yamaha clutch puller will work for pulling the clutch from a 97 Club Car?

No, not sure of exact size but Yamaha is a smaller thread size and metric, maybe 12 or 14mm. For some reason I'm thinking CC is a 7/8 fine thread puller.
And......Welcome to BGW Richard

Thanks for the welcome Crash. I found a link in a forum that indicated the thread pattern for a CC clutch puller was 7/16x20. I am going to try to confirm that today.

Oops! now that you mention it, I was working on the driven clutch on the Yamaha. And I remember using a center punch cut to the right length and a 7/16 wheel stud to get a CC drive clutch off.
Lordy, I always thought my memory was in my hair, this confirms it, I'm losing both.....

Don't worry you are definately not the only one. Yes they are different pullers.
