It was carbon build up on the intake valve. I clean the valve and it runs much better. I will do a compression check again later to see how much it came up. Thanks for all the help Scotty and Chris.

there is a nuetral cam on the backside of shifter handle you can pull it out and it will start in nuetral. It a safety feature for dealer repairs

Yep, pull out and turn then release so that it trips the micro-switch when it goes back in .... reverse action to run in F&R again
