clone question.....
probably been asked before,, but im gonna ask anyway with hope i get some help,,,,, what kind of speed and torque will a 13 or 16hp clone motor put out wiht a cw tranaxle,,,,,, reverse im not worried about,,, but i want to e able to climb hills and go average speed,20 or so....

The Chinese clone engine runs at 3600 rpm so speed is about the same as stock. Hp is 13 instead of 9. That is nearly a 50% in power on paper, I think you will feel 35-40% depending upon the condition of your clutches, belt, etc.

Heres is my thought on a clone swap for a CW rearend.
Are you running stock tires or taller tires? I think the gear ratio in reverse is higher so with stock tires I dont think you will get 20 or it may be right under 20, but with taller tires it will get there with lots of pulling power. |

i will be putting a lift on with bigger tires...,,, havent decided which lift yet,,, trying to get some ideas on what i want to do,,,,
