all 3 of my carts have phillips heads on a machine type bolt.................

this is what I have and his discription is close.

the little screw looking thing just pulls out with a little help from the screwdriver and the bigger one also just pulls out with the same screwdriver!! I didn't even need my hammer but it was close.

**** plastic rivet thinks its a screw! i have a few of those scattered around the carport.
