96 club car just stopped

Well I replaced the motor I know is good tires spin when on jack stand but has no power when they are on the ground.

start than with batteries and cables after a charge check voltage than load test each one and if you have to take readings with hydrometer....you could have a battery dropping out under load thats enough to cause this......also make sure cable ends are clean and tight..........................

Sorry it took so long getting back Doctors apointments & test are driving me nuts.
I'm sure it is the motor I went ahead and put another motor in it, it will run on jack stands but puy it on the ground and there is no power. I have check all the wires and cables they are fine, I'm sure the batteries are charged but I'm putting a 2 day charge on them now. The voltage out is 50.3 I think I'll check the controller today. If you have any other ideas it will be greatly appreciated.

do a load test on the batteries, good voltage dosn,t mean a thing if you have one that fails under a load and thats not gonna show by just checking voltage...............only other thing if cart was ok pryor to the work is get a wiring diagram and go over everything you did again.........i don,t think you have a controller issue............................

Thanks I'll check it again, guess a Hydo test may also be in order?

that wouldn,t hurt if load test is ok or borderline............its a funny thing how batteries can effect a cart in so many different ways...........if your not sure about readings post them and we,ll help figure them out............................

Well stated before that I load tested the batteries the truth is I was in the house while a friend did it. I checked them again 3 batteries shot. (if you want it done right do it yourself)LOL. I wasted a week working on this thing but can't complain he's got two batteries he's giving me and they tested good and I already have a new one. I put them in yesterday about 11AM checked them last night @ 11:30PM still charging 5amps they have been sitting for a while. Thanks for all your help I'll check it this AM hope everything is OK, I'll let you know.
