Default 2004 Villager 6 Wiring - Motor

Hi everyone,

I have had a look around the forums and have found the '95-03 48 volt electric club car wiring diagram' but I don't think its the right one for me.

I have purchased an 04 Villager 6 and the batteries were disconnected and the wires on the motor were removed.

I need to know what coloured wires (Orange/Green/Blue/White) need to go on what terminals (S1/S2/A1/A2). Currently 2 wires are totally disconnected and the blue wire is loosely on S1 and the Orange wire is loosely on A1.

Can anyone provide a wiring diagram or let me know which wires for which terminals?

Many thanks,

byson

I have attached a diagram for a 2000 Villager 6 apart from the potentiometer that has probably been superceded by a M-COR its likely to be the same (I hope):rol

Ok, The wiring worked as I am now getting a response from the motor, but not a good one.

I get slight power forward and reverse, enough to move the cart and inch or so, but it is accompanied by a harsh grinding noise and the cart stops.

I figure the teeth on the motor gear are stripped or there is something amiss inside the gearbox?

Can anyone provide me with a service manual or advice on removal of the motor and gearbox?

Thanks again,
