Is the solenoid clicking when you engage the throttle? If so, what is the voltage on each of the large posts of the solenoid both before and after engaging the throttle?
Next test after that is to check the voltage between B+ (red probe) on the controller and M- (black probe) on the controller. at full pedal down, you should be reading close to full pack voltage..... In case we haven't said it yet, the cart needs to be raised in the rear and supported on jackstands of course..... |

Jack up a rear wheel, key on Direction selector in F, tape or hold the test leads to the pack and watch the meter as you try to go. Does the voltage reading drop? How much?
