I count 9 model DC180-8 batteries in the second pic from the top, so it is 72V Total.

I think that most of those carts with the surgically clean battery compartments never see the type of dirt, mud, slush, water, muck and overall generall nastiness that our carts see!

I'll post some pics of my battery compartment when I get a chance to get out there in good light

there must be a way to keep it from getting so bad. I am gonna try laying the rubber mud flap under the controller and f/r switch and attaching it to the frame and body in the back than put that vent in and see what happens

ive driven a total of 5000 ft since i cleaned it ad there is no mud in there but we havent had much rain so there is a nice layer of powdery dirt

Mine had decent wheel wells, and once I put the flap in to cover the top where it splashed in there, it cut down on about 80% of my mess. I would like to cover some more of the openings on the bottom, especially on the controller side, but to be honest, giving it a good rinsing when I get back, well, my tray may not be as clean as some on here, but it's a lot cleaner than others I've seen!

I can fit 3 fingers in between the wheel well and the body of the cart, one of the reasons I was thinking of laying that rubber back there maybe after I close that gap it will keep it a little cleaner.
