Battery or 2?
Tape a meter to the pack and tell us what the standing voltage is & what it drops to when the cart 'shakes'.

Standing voltage is 37.8 and when i give it full throttle it goes to 34.5 and that is on jack stands. When i check each individual battery they all read about 6.3 volts.

Battery trouble.
Be careful revving the cart on stands, the motor will disintegrate dangerously.
You can put the meter on each individual battery and repeat the test until you find the bad one(s). But i suggest you put it on the ground and get the meter on the set next to you. Be careful too that the low voltage situation you have here does not overheat your controller. In other words do not run it until you get the pack straightened out.

Took some readings while my dad drove my cart and all the batteries seemed to drop to about 5.3 volts and the cart was fully charged. My standing voltage was 38 volts and dropped down as far as 32 while under load.I still cant figure out what batteries are bad.what else can i do.
