Ok I got it figured it out since everything is made in china or Mexico the bottom of the batteries are so thin they actually seep power to the frame and since the speed control is screwed to the frame you get over voltage issues ....... The fix cut some paint sticks place under batteries and walllaa

I put my Amp probe on b- on the speedcontrol unit and the frame and found voltage In the frame and there was voltage process of elimination ...
