Either #10 or #11.
4Ga will suffice up to a 400A controller and 2Ga for above that. I went with 2Ga because I'm an efficiency nut, they were only $30 more and I had no idea how big of a controller I might eventually install. As for further diagnostics before ordering the cables, the controller/motor seem to be working, but we need to correct the known problem before we can determine if there are additional ones. Get the cable problems fixed and we'll proceed from there if need be. |
