ended up being a low battery. Im a dumba**. In a few days im going to go ahead and take all wires loose on generator and wire brush all connection

You also might want to check the output of your starter/gen., to be sure the battery is being properly charged when running (unless you already did). The battery terminal voltage should be 14.5 - 15.5 volts when running. Easy to do !! Just connect your voltmeter to the battery and take a ride. - RAY

PS - It's best to use an analog type meter (moving needle) for this because DVM's will take instantaneous readings and voltage measurements will be all over the place.

One thing that caused me a lot of problems on my G1 was the terminals on the relays corroded. Connectors started heating up causing relay to melted. A quick way to check is to start your cart and then touch terminals, if worm clean all connection.
This not fool proof test just a quick check.
