buggiesgonewild dot com/electric-ezgo/1536-basic-ezgo-electric-golf-cart-wiring-manuals.html (i cant post links yet)

The two diagrams missing in this sticky are the two i need!

"Non-DCS Golf Cart Wiring" and "Non-DCS Golf Cart controller" about 1/4 of the way down the page before before DCS wiring.

thanks in advance!

Apparently your are looking for diagrams for an older series cart.
Download the Service manual for newer carts (one of the three .pdf files near top of page).
EZGO's series drive system hasn't changed much since 1994.

I was typing while you were posting.

The context I meant by older series cart was an earlier model year TXT or Medalist, since the diagrams he was searching for was for a "Non-DCS"

Okay, so when I connect the jumper wire from b+ (on controller) to red wire post (on the solenoid) and then press the gas pedal, The cart moves! (Finally)

But it doesn't move when disconnected.... What's broke? Lol

The schematic Scotty posted above, has the solenoid activation circuit highlighted.

The problem is probably one of the four switches in series that have to be closed to energize the solenoid, or possibly the wiring that connects them together.

First place I'd check is for voltage on the small wire coming out of the back of the cart's charge receptacle.
Then the next switch, then the next, etc.

Okay, all the switches checked out. Ignition interlock 40.5v. MS2 40.5v. Key switch 40.3v. MS3 40.3v. Solenoid post (red wires) 40.3v. As soon as I jumper b+ on controller to red wire post on solenoid the car responds to throttle input.

Is there a procedure to test the solenoid?

I think you just did with the jumper wire.

Let me see if I've got this straight.
When you push the pedal, you get 40.3V on the solenoid post with two red wires on it, but solenoid does not click?
However, when you jumper B+ from the controller terminal labeled "B+" to the solenoid post with two red wires on it, the solenoid clicks?
