Default PDS loosing power

We are working on a PDS and this thing is crazy. About a month ago we replaced the speed control and solenoid. Now sometimes it looses power and will barely more. The solenoid gets super super hot. I have the troubleshooting flow chart but it is hard to test because sometimes it runs fine then the next time it slows to a crawl. All the basics have been checked (connections, cables batteries). Any ideas?

Sorry this is not a club car it is an 07 ez go pds. I cannot get it to go into diagnostic mode and cannot go through the flow chart because I can catch it when it is acting up. Could be the motor? Diagnostic mode would sure be helpful. Any thoughts on why that isn't working? The buzzer does work.

This issue should really be asked in the EZGO forum but the two beeps indicate the performance option (1,2,3 or 4) if there are no beeps thereafter the controller has not identified a problem.
