Ezgo Freedom Weird Problem

Installed reconditioned controller.

With FNR switch in forward;

Cart moves slowly forward with no solenoid click.
Cart does not move in reverse. No solenoid click,

Switched F1 and F2 wires, cart moves in reverse, no solenoid click.

No error code. Only beeps 4 times for freedom cart.

Any ideas?

Which Ezgo Drive system?

What was the problem that led you to replace the controller?
