If you did not by-pass the charger activation by jumping the sense wire to ground, You could still have a bad relay in the charger.
By-passing the relay in the charger by removing its wires from the contacts and jumping them, if it works, only proves the following are working: charger fuses, charger breaker, transformer, rectifier, +48 connection thru charger plug to battery pack +48, "-" from charger plug thru OBC to battery pack "-".

CTD, used another charger and everything worked fine. Ordered a new relay and will test sometime this weekend. I saw a battery matrix you posted on another thread. Can you tell me what readings I should expect after fully charging, rest for 12 hours, 1) on the full pack (??) and 2) each individual battery??

CTD, my cart came with a PowerDrive charger (not a 2, 3 or 4). Can I charge my cart with a PowerDrive2 or PowerDrive3 ????
