If it comes on before you plug the DC plug in the cart, I agree with cgtech, the relay is welded.
Check the voltage suppression diode on the charger Relay as well, it is a cheap component to replace while you have the charger opened and it can damage the OBC if it is bad. |

Found the issue. Someone before me did a cord repair on the cord that plugs into the cart. I gues from getting tun over or stepped on the red and blk wire touched and shorted out. Fixed the cord again and plug everything in and it all works like it should again.
