That was my next question... So, in order for the batteries to "balance", should I leave it on charge until it zeros or should I disconnect & conduct several short charging sessions? I like the 12v charger option, 6 amps or 2 amps? |

Doesnt matter. You are just bumping it up so the regular charger has less to balance out
The stock charger should stop around 16 hours or so regardless |

To expand on Sunoco's reply....Let the current full charge finish - then drive it a couple blocks (or if its too cold) leave it for 24 hours - then start the bump charge/cycle charge process. My thoughts are 2 amps if half hour - 6 amps (which may make your 12v charger hot/reset) for 15-20 min.
