Default i think my charger or batteries are bad

so i left my cart on charge all night and its still sitting at 36.58. I have 39.4 coming out of the charger but the pack isn't gaining any voltage. all the batteries meter between 6.08-6.12 on all of them. any ideas guys?????

The pack is metered at 36.58, the plug for the charger was reading 39.4 with the charger plugged into the wall and on. Its a lesteronic or something like that.

those batteries are at 55% i would think they are dead and not charging
even with charger at 39v they should of come up

yes with a 6v charger or 2 at a time with a 12v charger , use one of your battery cables for + to -

so i tried and charged them a pair at a time and they did come up in voltage. i hooked up the charger again and looked this time at the gauge on it and the gauge doesnt move. i think the charger is indeed bad. my biggest problem is that of course im not in a position to buy a new charger right now. i was wanting to replace my batteries first and then buy a new 48v charger. is there a charger that will do both 36v and 48v? maybe one not so big that i can mount inside the cart? i found this one on ebay but im not quite sure i wanna pull the trigger on it. any ideas?
