By-pass the OBC current control by running the negative from the back of the charger receptacle directly to pack negative.
If the charger comes ON then OFF, You may need to By-Pass the OBC activation as well.
Run the "sense" wire from the back of the charger receptacle directly to pack negative.
If the
initial current now gets to
Full when You plug it IN:
The Charger is Good.
Let it charge until the Voltage gets to 60v+.
Disconnect the pack, let it rest 8 hours (at least 4 hours) then measure the pack voltage and each battery.
If the pack voltage is around 50.9v, the OBC is likely bad.
If the
initial current does
not get to Full when You plug it IN:
Test Your cart With a known good charger or test Your charger on a known good cart.
If the initial current on Your cart or the other cart with Your charger does not get to Full.The charger is bad.
If the initial current on Your cart or the other cart with Your charger gets to Full.The batteries are likely bad.
